How can I add a discount code to my order?

If you received a discount code, you can enter this code on the checkout page. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for up to date offers and coupon codes!

 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payments &/or credit cards:

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, including P.O. boxes and APO FPO/DPO addresses.

 What company is used for shipping orders?

Orders are shipped from our factory in China via US couriers.

Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it safely arrives. This may require additional shipping time..  

What is the order processing timeline?

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment.

Processing time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing time being approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

A NOTE ON HOLIDAY ORDERS: 
As the holidays approach, we expect increased order loads and therefore longer processing and shipping times. If you plan to order from us for the holidays, please place your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held responsible for late orders!

 How long does delivery take?

  • Your order should arrive within 1-4 weeks, but can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. 
  • We ship orders on Mondays - Sundays during office hours only. We do not operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially for best selling items! Your patience is appreciated.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. If you do plan to place an order for the holidays, please order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held liable for late delivery times. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

There is a 1-5 day (calendar days)  processing period prior to shipping. Your order should be delivered within 1-4 weeks following order confirmation. If you have any issues receiving the order feel free to contact us by visiting us here: info@tinabestshop.com

 How can I track my order?

While we do offer worldwide shipping, we only provide tracking for these countries: USA, AU, CA. After 5-7 days of shipment dispatch and email confirmation, you may request a tracking number if needed for the selected countries.

It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

 How do I exchange, refund or return my order?

Basic guidelines for exchanges and returns are listed below. Please refer to our Refund & Return Guidelines for more information.

  • Any items(s) purchased online that you don't love may be exchanged or returned.
  • Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving will be refunded to the original form of payment.  
  • Merchandise returned after 7 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.  
  • A purchase that was made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
  • Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

When will I receive my subscription box?

We ship daily, so your first Lotus Crate will be shipped within 1 business day. After that, you will receive a new Lotus Crate every 30 days. For example, if you place your order on the 15th of the month, you should receive your crate between the 15th-20th each month. For questions or concerns, contact us  info@tinabestshop.com

I received a piece of clothing I already own in my subscription box.

No problem! If you receive an item in your subscription box that you already own, simply contact us at info@tinabestshop.com and we will organize an exchange for something new. See our Refund Policy for more information.

 When will I be billed for my subscription box?

You will be billed monthly based on the date you initially signed up for your subscription. For instance, if you signed up on the 15th of the month, you will always be billed on the 15th.

 I want to subscribe, but I wear different sizes depending on the item (leggings, dresses, sports bras, etc.) Can I choose multiple sizing options?

Not a problem! After signing up, simply contact us by visiting us here: info@tinabestshop.com  to tell us your sizing preferences. We will make a note on your account and be sure to get you the sizes you specified per clothing type.

 Are they machine washable?

Yes! Like all our products, we recommend a cold wash and low tumble dry to keep your leggings in their best condition.

What materials are your products made of?

Most of our products are made with a polyester-elastane blend, with the exception of our cotton and faux-leather leggings.

 What are the promo codes this month?

 Where do I add my discount code?

You’ll be prompted to add a discount code during the checkout process.

 Do you sell kids’ sizes?

Yes! visit info@tinabestshop.com to see our collection of kid's leggings, and be sure to check back for new additions!

Can your leggings be worn for working out?

Absolutely! Our leggings are designed to be stretchy and flexible enough for all activities, including workouts. 

Helpful Tips:

  • Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged, missing, or incorrect item in your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and correct any problems.
  • Please try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly. We are happy to accept returns on all items in new and unworn condition.
  • Since our customer is responsible for return shipping fees back to Lotus Leggings, we strongly recommend adding a delivery confirmation to your return shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
  • If you purchased a set, all items included in the set must be returned in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
